How do I avoid copyright infringement?

I have produced a mockup that bares a striking resemblence to a popular developer's go-to community forum. Will I get done for this? If so - can anyone recommend me a tech-savvy solicitor.

...Also I stole the idea of using a grey background to quote code or reference things.
