Hi All

We’ve restarted development of the demo and live tibbing service with 2 new developers (hoorah), so we should have a demo to show investors and partners by the end of September.

We’ve also been looking at marketing opportunities and have identified some great events to look for pilot tibbees; #blogstock on 8 & 9 August and #blogfest on 8 November. We’re really looking forward to participating.

An interesting article was published in #TheGuardian on 17th July to help children (and adults) understand cryptocurrencies and hopefully bring them into the lives of the general public.

“Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are still a mystery to most adults, so teaching children how they work may seem a strange ambition.

Nevertheless, that’s the aim of a new app, The Bitcoin Alphabet – for Kids and Everyone Else, released for Apple’s iPad tablet this week by author Chris Bozak and publisher iKandy”

‘May’ the force be with us

Interesting week; the tibdit trademark certificate arrived, so it’s official.

We met up with @rasajustionyte, who wrote a fantastic article about #micropayments. She’s refreshingly passionate about her work and it shows in her journalism.

We met with @DimitryGulanov from #Cryptopay to discuss how we could work with eachother, thanks Dimitry.

We went to the @Coinscrum mini bar event and presented our business to a great audience and also caught up with some of our friends and colleagues in the #bitcoin world; good to see you again @Sian Jones and Dimitry.

Development of the ‘button’ continues and we’re exploring options for seed funding.

Next steps include searching for the right ‘tibbers’ and ‘tibbees’ to commence a small pilot.

“March” ing forward

We’ve been interviewed for an article by @Coindesk and will be meeting with potential seed investment partners over the next few weeks. Slow progress on the seed investment stage hasn’t stopped us from beavering away in the background. Check out our website and send us an email with any questions. tibdit has its logo

There’s been a flurry of activity and we now have an official logo, so we will almost look professional!  The wireframes have been sent to a number of potential partners and we’re ramping up for our funding round. We have a fantastic developer (Sergey) working with us from St Petersburg and things are going really well. Early in the new year we hope to gain some traction  . . . watch out world
